Social Media Marketing Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is a key contributor to RHC’s marketing efforts, collaborating across sales, marketing, and communications. This role is responsible for maintaining the company’s social media presence and crafting engaging written and visual content that drives the company’s marketing goals, including increased following across digital and social platforms, brand affinity, and community engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams to develop and manage social media campaigns to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and effectiveness.
    • Develop and manage ongoing campaign calendar and appropriate timeline for posting, engaging, and optimizing content specific to each platform.
    • Record, film, and shoot content for company-operated social channels.
    • Conduct trend and competitive analysis to develop content, build relevance, and engage audiences across owned and operated channels.
    • Monitor follower communication and respond in a brand-appropriate manner.
    • Oversee influencer outreach to drive brand awareness.
    • Moderate the collection, curation, and integration of user-generated content.
    • Develop weekly and monthly reports tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Support and develop on-brand creative designs for high-profile, high-impact brand initiatives, translating ideas into compelling, memorable visual stories and growing the Robinson Helicopter messaging.
  • Draft, edit, and finalize compelling story content for the quarterly newsletter.
  • Support creative digital and print asset development that aligns with and propels the RHC brand across print, digital, social, and premium branded items.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, digital strategy, or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience with social media management.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor actionable messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including advertising and marketing content creation, video production/editing, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
  • Juggle multiple projects with finesse, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a team environment, adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie, Uniqode and InDesign.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with marketing analytics and social media analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the aviation, mobility, or manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

WORK CONTACTS:

  • This position interacts with manufacturing personnel, quality assurance, purchasing, facilities and equipment maintenance, sales, finance, human resources, and administrative personnel.

TRAVEL:

  • 5-15%.  U.S. and International travel may be required but is not guaranteed.

PAY RANGE:

  • $23.00 – $27.00/per hour
